Good post, definitely good use of sources.  I do like the sentiments that executives like meetings due to flattery and feeling &#039;Required&#039;.  

I in fact am possibly one of those leaders that simply attends too many, as well as having a group of 80-100 people working for me who complain about &#039;Too Many Meetings&#039;.
